There's not alot that needs to be said about Lola's Room Photography other than the pieces are sweet perfection.  See for yourself...

Joni Gardine is a wife, mother of three, and creator of Modern Myrtle.  She customizes creative and well-made things for the home, all the while using beautiful fabrics from the likes of Amy Butler, Alexander Henry, Heather Bailey and more.  Check out her Etsy shop to find anything from aprons to tablecloths, from baby quilts to dinner napkins.

Since getting our precious puppy dog, we have been investing feverishly in scented candles so as not to become one of those households or couples that always smells like wet dog.  In search of beautiful "smell good," I came across Mireio.  This shop offers one of a kind scented candles showcased in vintage glasses.  

 

Etsy Shop of the Week: Cynthia Vardhan Ceramics

Cynthia Vardhan creates some of the most lovely hand-made vases, cups, and bowls out of her little studio in Colombus, Ohio.  She uses pigmented clay and layers to give life and character to each piece.  I just love the shapes, patterns, and colors she uses.  I'm so glad I stumbled across her Etsy shop at Cynthia Vardhan Ceramics. Check her out.

Etsy Shop of the Week: B. Elegant Home and Pet

 The boyfriend and  are soon adding a third to our party of two.  We've been waiting for the perfect time to start a little family, and we're feeling prepared to take on a bundle of joy of our own.  Of course, this bundle will come in the form of a furry friend.  We're hoping to adopt a dog within weeks, assuming we find one.  All of the doggie talk has me wondering what kinds of changes will need to happen in our life in order for us to properly accept the little guy into our home.  Naturally, my thoughts lend themselves to decor...  Will the dog chew up anything?   Will he drag mud all into the house?  Where will he sleep?   

Thanks to the designs of B. Elegant Home and Pet, I am pretty sure our little doggie friend will have the most comfortable stylish bed on the market.   FYI...the boyfriend thinks I'm crazy, but these beds are beautiful enough for a person.  Lucky us, you can custom order AND she makes headboards.

Etsy Shop of the Week

Material Recovery

This shop is a collaboration of talent from design team Clare Watters and Martha Henry who "rescue" vintage furniture and recreate it using textiles from Uzbekistan called "suzanis."  Their worldly creations are both unique and beautiful.  I'm so glad I happened upon this shop.  It's inspiring me to travel and dream.  Check it out...the fabrics are unbelievable!
